Fernando Lugo. Gloria Rubin y la impunidad para el acoso sexual
Estaba previsto que a la toma de posesión del cura Fernando Lugo asista, en agosto del 2008, el presidente nicaragüense Daniel Ortega con su esposa Rosario Murillo. Toda la izquierda de la región vivía su mayor momento de gloria, el socialismo del siglo XXI venía marchando y había permeado hacia sociedades peculiarmente conservadoras y derechistas como la paraguaya. La euforia era total, nadie esperaba que una nota discordante empañara un momento histórico para la izquierda paraguaya y latinoamericana.
Sin embargo, un balde de agua helada cayó desde el sitio menos pensado: el mismo gabinete del escandoloso cura con hijos Fernando Lugo.
Para frustrar la visita del histórico líder sandinista Daniel Ortega, miembros del gabinete entrante organizaron la visita al Paraguay del sandinista disidente Ernesto Cardenal, y una ministra nombrada por Lugo, Gloria Rubin, organizó actos de repudio a Ortega. La coartada para las protestas anti-sandinistas eran las nebulosas denuncias de su hijastra Zoilamérica.
Las denuncias demostraron ser una vulgar muestra de hipocresía cuando la misma ministra Rubin se mostró indiferente ante denuncias similares contra el mismo Lugo que aparecieron después.
En realidad, Gloria Rubin es conocida por sus estrechos vínculos con el National Endowment for Democracy, fondo conservador y anti-comunista que financia y asesora a varios grupos de la oposición venezolana, particularmente aquellos que ejecutaron el golpe de estado de abril de 2002 contra Hugo Chávez, para luego dedicarse al sabotaje y lockout.
En realidad, Gloria Rubín es célebre en Paraguay por su visceral anticomunismo, así como por realizar eventos supuestamente benéficos para embolsar inmensas sumas aprovechando sus influencias, también por guardarse enormes ganancias por la publicidad oficial del estado, privilegio que conserva desde tiempos de Stroessner.
La antipatía de la ministra Rubín por la izquierda y su filo-fascismo no están solos en su familia.
El marido de Gloria fue animador de los cumpleaños de Stroessner, y su tío ministro del dictador. La misma Gloria todos los días da instrucciones para que desde su radio se opine en contra de Cristina Kirchner, Evo Morales, Hugo Chávez, Fidel Castro y todos los líderes de América Latina que osen tener autonomía de pensamiento.
Acoso sexual en las narices de Gloria Rubin
Pero Gloria Rubin ve el escarbadiente en el ojo ajeno pero no la viga en el propio, a juzgar por los escándalos en que se vio envuelto su jefe, el cura abusador de menores indigentes Fernando Lugo, considerado por su mismo cófrade el obispo Pastor Cuquejo como mal líder católico y sin la mínima capacidad para gobernar.
Para corroborarlo, una joven ultrajada en las mismas narices de la ministra, planteó querella por acoso sexual en contra del jefe de Producción de Radio Ñandutí, propiedad de la familia de Gloria Rubin. La presentación se hizo ayer en tribunales contra Juan Carlos Rojas.
Según dice, la misma entró hace seis años a trabajar en la citada radio, primero como recepcionista, y luego, a los tres años, como productora de varios programas.
Refiere que en el momento en que ingresaron a la radio, el querellado Juan Carlos Rojas, era operador de radio. Alega que como compañeros de trabajo, el trato era frecuente y siempre le incomodaba con palabras subidas de tono con piropos soeces y chabacanos.
Explica que nunca respondía, pero que con el paso del tiempo, de los piropos de baja calaña pasó ya a las invitaciones en concreto, “a tomar algo, a conocer nuevos moteles y otras morbosidades”.
Remarca la querellante que después, hace unos 2 años, Rojas pasó a ser jefe de producción; es decir, su jefe directo. “Todas las veces que podíamos siempre me proponía salir con él e inclusive iba más lejos preguntándome cuándo le daría la oportunidad de que lo conozca sexualmente”, añade.
Señala que había testigos de los acosos, entre sus compañeros de trabajo, y que incluso en una ocasión en que a ella le faltaba una radio, refiere que el mismo le dijo que le iba a dar, pero le consultó “qué le daría a cambio”.
Afirma que luego ella fue a vivir sola en un apartamento, y el mismo le invitó a “inaugurarlo a solas”. Al final, también le enviaba mensajes por internet, y que ante las negativas, al final, éste hizo que la despidieran de la radio en forma injustificada.
He sentido la forma más cobarde de maltrato que puede sentir una mujer, aseguró ayer Sandra Beatriz Osorio Enciso, quien decidió judicializar un caso de acoso sexual del que alega fue víctima por parte de su ex jefe, Juan Carlos Rojas, productor general de la emisora radial Ñandutí, en donde trabajaba desde hace seis años hasta que rescindieron su contrato por bajo rendimiento laboral.
Su abogado Rodrigo Aguilar Llanes promovió querella y pidió la pericia de una computadora portátil de su cliente para recuperar los cientos de mensajes enviados por el hoy querellado y la declaración testifical de ex compañeros de trabajo.
La joven quien asegura haber tenido principio de depresión y otras enfermedades ocasionadas por este hecho, alegó que fue contratada primero como recepcionista y luego para el trabajo de producción y que estuvo a cargo de la puesta al aire de varios conocidos programas de dicha emisora. La ministra de la mujer sólo ha respondido con un silencio cómplice y el encubrimiento del delincuente sexual, que sigue impune.
El día que la ministra sufrió acoso sexual
Aunque Rubin y su familia pretendan dictar cátedra de moral y buenas costumbres, lo cierto es que los torcidos manejos privados de sus negocios y respectivas vidas privadas le restan autoridad moral para ello. Se sabe que incluso varios miembros de su familia no han reconocido a sus propios hijos, engendrados con empleadas de la misma estación de radio que dirige.
El mismo pasado inhabilita a estos personajes para ubicarse en el pedestal de moralistas. Es conocido que Gloria Rubín fue primero empleada de su marido, el influyente animador de los cumpleaños de Stroessner, Humberto Rubín, en tiempos en que este estaba felizmente casado con su primera esposa.
¿No recibió acaso un acoso sexual en el lugar de trabajo, por parte de un hombre influyente en el régimen de Stroessner, que en ese entonces estaba casado con otra mujer?
Poco dirá esto a quien no siente escrúpulos de participar en el gabinete de un cura que devaluó la investidura presidencial de su país manchándola con delitos sexuales oprobiosos, y de compartir el poder con personajes acusados de haber golpeado a mujeres e incluso, de haber asesinado a sus propias esposas.
Los Rubin y la muerte miserable de Augusto Roa Bastos
Gloria Rubín, antes de asumir como ministra de la mujer de un cura católico acusado de pederastia, hacía en su propia radio un programa, que con la excusa del feminismo se dedicaba a promocionar a los chicos buenos de las ONGs cooptadas por la embajada norteamericana de Asunción y a despotricar contra los gobiernos socialistas.
Su compañero de audición era un enigmático médico siquiatra correntino, que firmó varios libros con Augusto Roa Bastos, aprovechándose de la fama del laureado novelista en la última etapa de su vida, el doctor Alejandro Maciel. Los amigos de Roa Bastos lo conocen por haber aislado al escritor en sus últimos días, encerrándolo y durmiéndolo con altas dosis de sedantes. Una de las tantas veces en que Roa Bastos fue abandonado con llave y sedado con altas dosis de somníferos, el escritor despertó devorado por el hambre, y no encontró nada que comer en su departamento.
Como vivía en un entrepiso, intentó salir por la ventana pero perdió pié en la pendiente que lleva al estacionamiento, rodando por varios metros y lastimándose gravemente el cráneo. Pocas horas después falleció. Así dejó de existir el gran escritor, nuestro premio Cervantes como gustaban llamarlo quienes como la familia Rubin le rendían pleitesía cada vez que necesitaban usar su nombre.
Cuando la justicia paraguaya iba a investigar al siquiatra, éste desapareció del Paraguay e incluso cambió su identidad. A buen resguardo hoy, merced a las influencias de su compañera de audición la ministra Rubín, volvió para pasearse a sus anchas por Paraguay.
Pero la protección de criminales, el desfalco de dinero público paraguayo desviado hacia medios de comunicación o la traición a los intereses de su país sirviendo a embajadas extranjeras podrían considerarse nimiedades en comparación con el mayor mérito de Gloria Rubin y sus allegados: la aceptación social del acoso sexual, el estupro y la violación en Paraguay.
